Return and Refund

The following information details the store policies and customer service relating to return and refund. Any orders placed online or by phone would adhere to the following policies. Any transaction which takes place between the customer and LowPriceDanceWear.com constitutes the customer’s understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day grace period for return or exchange from the day the customer receives his or her merchandise.

Delivered Product Error

We strive to operate a Customer Service system which provides its full support to guarantee your complete satisfaction with all of our products. If for any reason you find that the product is a different color, style, or size from what you ordered, please contact us immediately for a replacement or a full refund. Returns for Reasons Other than Error

We make an effort to inform you of our products to the best of our ability. However, if you decide that you would like to return any items, you may do so within fourteen days. This grace period begins from the day you receive your merchandise. To return an item, the item must come in its original box, accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a filled out Return and Exchange Form. Under certain circumstances, some returns are allowed after the 14-day grace period, but there will be a $15.00 (USD) restocking fee applied.

Not returnable or refundable

All sales and clearance shoes are final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept any items (shoes, brushes, apparel) which have been soiled or worn. All returned items must be in its original box, in brand new and unworn condition.

Payment Options

LowPriceDanceWear.com accepts the Visa, Master, and American Express credit cards only.

Credit Card Refunds

If you cancel an order or receive an incorrect order, LowPriceDanceWear will issue a refund to your credit card company between 5 to 10 days of your notifying us. For products which are returned, LowPriceDanceWear will issue a refund to your credit card company within 5 to 10 days of the store’s receipt of your returned product.

Please take note that although LowPriceDanceWear will issue a refund to your credit card account within 5 to 10 days of the determination of your refund status, various credit card companies might take up to 30 days to post a refund to your account and make your funds available. If that is the case, please contact your credit card company for further information regarding their refund policy.


If an incorrect price or incorrect product information is found to be listed under any product on this site, LowPriceDanceWear reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed under the product. This applies to all such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase of an item with incorrect pricing or information and LowPriceDanceWear cancels the order, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of charge.

Sales Tax

If an item is shipped to an address within California, LowPriceDanceWear will collect sales tax for such items. LowPriceDanceWear does not collect sales tax for shipped in the United States, but outside of California.


Because various products offered for sale at LowPriceDanceWear are reserved in stock, if you cancel an order, you must cancel before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges and restocking fees. If you have canceled an order that has already been shipped, you will be charged shipping fees and restocking fees. Payments made by your credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Special orders, however, are not refundable.

Shipping methods

The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. You must provide a valid street address for any order we ship via UPS (large orders are shipped via UPS) or we will charge you a $10 fee for wrong shipping address provided.

International Shipping Charges

The Shipping and Handling varies depending on the destination for international shipping. LowPriceDanceWear automatically calculates your shipping charges. When you proceed to checkout, you will see your exact shipping charges. The Shipping and Handling charge will be quoted for overnight express shipping.

Delivery Times

After you have received your order and verifying payment information, your order will be shipped the same day if it is 1) placed before 2:00PM pacific time and 2) your item is in our current inventory. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this. For items that are out of stock or custom order, you will receive an estimate of a reliable delivery date. If you are operating on a constrained time frame, notify us, and we will do all that we can to speed up your order. If we find that an extended delay is anticipated in your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and you can then make your decision as to whether to wait for your order or to cancel. For custom order items and out of stock items, there is an estimated timeline of 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. When you checkout, you will be given the options of Free Shipping (UPS Ground), 3 Days Air, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Note that UPS Next Day Air is available only to the 48 ontiguous United States in locations where UPS overnight delivery is available. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. If the address you order from qualifies for Next Day Air, delivery follows this schedule.

If a holiday happens to fall on or between the order date and expected delivery date, please allow one extra business day. Shipments to US addresses that do not qualify for overnight delivery, such as shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or PO Boxes, will be shipped via an alternative shipment method, such as USPS Mail. Depending on the carrier, this shipment can take 3-5 business days or longer.

Damage through Shipping

LowPriceDanceWear strives to offer you the best quality products through the most eligible shipping companies. If you find any shipping damages or shipping discrepancies, it is your responsibility to report these cases within 48 hours of delivery. Please do so by contacting our Customer Service at (408)263-7888 immediately.

Tracking your Order

When you place an online order, you will be emailed a tracking number for your package once your package is shipped. You can also keep track of your order by emailing us or calling us at (408)263-7888 with your invoice or order number. Our Customer Service will provide you with the most up to date information on your order.

Special Styles

Now and then, specials on our most popular styles, many of which contain extra discounts will appear on our website. If you would like to be updated with any news on specials, please sign up in the area labeled News on our homepage. We will then email you periodically according to our special appearances. Feel free to remove your email from the mailing list at any time.
